The LS-03-072 Listen system is a great performance system for public venues to meet Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) guidelines. The LS-03-072 includes the LT-800 stationary transmitter (72MHz) with antenna, four LR-400 wireless digital display receivers (72MHz) with four ear speakers, universal antenna and rack mounting kit, and an ADA Compliant Signage Kit. This system is also available with a 216MHz LT-800 transmitter and four 216MHz wireless display receivers, model number LS-03-216.
The included 72MHz LR-400 receiver utilizes the 57 most common wide band channels (unless electronically locked on one channel), with Up, Down and “SEEK” channel selection buttons behind the mechanically locking door, thus discouraging end users from changing the channel selected. Electronically lock on channel by holding the “SEEK” button down 5 seconds to prevent tampering. The exclusive built-in belt clip ?loop?, located on the back, prevents the unit from slipping off of your belt or strap. This receiver has a line-level earphone jack (3.5mm) that accepts either mono or stereo headsets. Receiver antenna is built into the earphone cord, eliminating additional wires while maximizing receiver effectiveness.
The included 72MHz LT-800 transmitter has an operating range of up to 3,000 feet and features a POWER On/Off button on the front of the unit for easy access, multiple audio inputs, with input level control and dual VU meters. There are mix level control sets to level the mixed audio and VU meter show the output level of the audio. The counter equalization cuts /boosts frequencies above 6kHz. It also has multiple transmitter power settings (full, 1/2, and 1/4) with LED indicator (control on back panel), the LCD display indicates channel selected as well as electronic lock status. The Up/Down channel selection button, of up to 57 channels, can be electronically locked on any channel to prevent tampering.
The earphone jack and volume, control audio integrity of transmission source, plus test tone to aid in tuning. There are audio output jacks that contain a mix of audio inputs for distribution to another audio devise. You can select either speaker or line level input with its unbalanced / phono audio inputs. There is also balanced/ female XLR / 1/4-inch audio input. The built-in SQ technology, when enabled, provides the highest audio quality available in it’s product category. (The SQ can be disabled for compatibility with other assistive listening equipment)
