This Califone CLS72 VHF/FM transmitter is a component of the cordless learning system. It allows students to learn language, improve reading and speaking skills or develop native tongue comprehension at an accelerated pace.The ability of each student to speak at the same time and yet be audibly isolated from each other allows efficient use of time and a higher degree of practice and learning. Four VHF/FM frequencies to choose from means four different groups of any number may independently study at the same time, in the same room, without distracting each other! The associated headphones are also color coded for easier classroom management. Students can listen and respond to an instructor's program material or interact with each other in conversational exercises. And the instructor may communicate directly with students by speaking over a microphone connected to the FM transmitter. This system also interfaces with multimedia computers, compact disc players, CD ROM, television monitors, VCR’s, personal stereos, cassette recorders, record players and public address systems.
