tour guide systemsTour Guide Systems for Rental and for Purchase

tour guide systems, transmitters and receivers

Tour guide systems come complete with the portable FM equipment  necessary for tour groups, language translation or hearing assistance situations where being clearly heard and understood is required.

A tour guide system helps tour groups overcome background noise and distance from the tour guide-even in noisy surroundings. Tour guide systems are used in factories, museums, power plants, zoos, theme parks - anywhere tours are conducted.

Tour guides wear a compact body-pack transmitter and headset microphone and tour group listeners use portable receivers with lightweight headphones to hear every word clearly and without strain.

Tour guide systems are also ideal for hearing assistance, language translation and any situation where it's important that your listeners get the message loud and clear.

Our tour guide systems feature:

  • elegant, state of the art design
  • excellent sound quality
  • headsets and microphones
  • belt clips and batteries
  • heavy-duty carrying cases

Our portable, wireless tour guide systems are easy to set up and use because no installation is required. Operating over a distance of approximately 30 meters (100 feet), tour guide systems accommodate any number of users with the purchase of additional receivers.

The tour guide systems selected by AudioLink are ADA compliant and FCC approved. And our tour guide systems can be ordered with a variety of optional headphones, microphones, earphones, batteries and chargers - allowing you to configure a tour guide system that best meets your needs.

Tour Guide Systems Enhance Understanding

listen technologies tour guide systemsThe basic tour guide system is simplicity itself!  The tour guide leader uses a headset or lapel microphone attached to a small, belt-clip transmitter.

Tour group members wear belt-clip receivers with headphones. (Both the transmitter and receiver are about the size of a pack of cigarettes.)

When the tour guide leader speaks, the words are transmitted to all members up to 300 feet away.  In essence, the transmitter is like a miniature radio station "broadcasting" to all receivers that are tuned to the same frequency.

Enhanced options:

Tour guide systems are usually of the single channel type.  AudioLink Services offers a unique solution - the multi-channel tour guide system which allows several groups to conduct tours nearby each other.
