The Hearing Helper Wireless Tour Guide System from Williams Sound helps tour group members with hearing difficulties overcome background noise and distance from the guide — even in noisy surroundings. Use it in factories, museums, power plants, zoos, theme parks, tourist attractions, bus tours, or walking tours — anywhere hearing assistance is required for tour-type presentations.
The Hearing Helper Tour Guide System saves the tour guide’s voice, listeners don’t miss the message, and the presentation doesn’t disturb others. It also fulfills the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) accessibility requirements for hearing assistance. Your tour guide wears a compact, body-pack transmitter and headset microphone. Listeners use portable receivers and lightweight headphones to hear every word clearly and easily, even in the back of the group.
This Williams Sound TGS PRO 720 tour guide system allows you to handle simultaneous presentations without switching channels - or causing interference - by using multi-channel FM wide-band in a new configuration.
Each tour guide, conference planner, presenter or lecturer speaks into a microphone transmitter that broadcasts over one of ten separate frequencies. In this way, up to ten groups can use the system in the same area without channel interference. You get ten (10) 1-channel PPA R35 receivers with this package, but you can add a virtually unlimited number of extra receivers to accommodate larger groups. You also get one T31 transmitter with one MIC 086 headband microphone, plus one storage/carry case.
Each listener has a battery-powered, pocket-sized, eight-channel receiver and wears a lightweight, walkman-style headset. This allows clear reception, while blocking outside distractions.
