Registrants are automatically enrolled in each Month's FREE Giveaway for 1 year from the date of entry.
- Entrants must provide a complete name, a valid e-mail address and related information.
- Entrants must currently be subscribers to our free monthly newsletter. If you are not already a newsletter subscriber you must opt-in as a subscriber.
- Limit of one entry per person for each month's FREE Giveaway.
- Employees of AudioLink Services or participating sponsors are not eligible to win.
- Winners of the FREE Giveaway are not eligible if they have won a prize from AudioLinks.com during the previous 90 days.
- AudioLinks.com is not responsible for any type of computer problem that may prevent you from entering the contest. If a problem is found with the AudioLinks.com contest web site, we reserve the right to extend the contest deadline.
- No substitution of prize is allowed. Prize is non-transferable and non-negotiable. Winner is responsible for all taxes relating to the prize.
- Each winner, by acceptance of the prize, agrees to release AudioLink Services, all sponsors, and their parent and subsidiary companies, their officers, directors, employees, agents, shareholders, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, and advertising agencies from all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership, or use of the prize or while preparing for, participating in and/or travel to any prize related activity.
- By accepting the prize, winner agrees to the use by AudioLink or AudioLinks.com of his/her name, city, state, country and comments made in conjunction with this contest for promotional purposes without compensation.
- AudioLinks.com will be the final arbitrator with regard to questions that may arise regarding this contest.
- AudioLinks.com reserves the right to refuse the awarding of the prize in the event of non-compliance with the contest rules, fraud, misrepresentation or counterfeit, illegible or altered identification.
